Chelsea Torn She is the granddaughter of Garr Kelvin's archery teacher, Alba. Her appearance gives the impression that she is cute and innocent, but as an archer, she is skilled beyond her mere 14 years of age.

She has no Swordian, but she is skilled in long-range attacks with her bow. However, in direct physical combat, she is at a disadvantage, due to her low defense.
