This is Rutee Katrea's Swordian. The personality written inside the weapon is that of Colonel Atwight Eks, of the Medical Corps from the Aeth'er Wars.
Atwight was given to Rutee at a very early age; Rutee is unable to remember exactly when she received the Swordian. For all intents and purposes, Atwight raised Rutee, and acts as a calming influence when around Dymlos Timbre.
She is the only healing-oriented Swordian, as well having a good balance of water-elemental attacking spells and a boost to the user's short-range attack power (with an emphasis on stabbing the opponent).
