A beautiful warrior who takes pride in her prowess in archery, which puts most men her age to shame. She likes to cook and sew, partially because she also runs a orphanage in her home of Hope Town.
She often seems tomboyish, but she is very emphatic and refined. She is also very self-assured. She has a fierce dislike of prayer and subservience to God, which is why she was unwilling to treat an incurable illness her brother had and died from, because it would require her to relocate to the Fortuna-dominated city of Aigrette. During the game, Nanaly repeatedly rebuffs Loni Dunamis's romantic overtures, usually by insulting and pummeling him. However, she does humor his advances occasionally. Near the end of the game, however, they are forcefully seperated from one another due to an event in the game
Besides her skills with a bow, she is also skilled in magic, wielding spells that are only outclassed by Reala and Harold Belserius.
