Loni was raised in the Dunamis Orphanage, but left in order to join the Order of Atamoni. He is like an older brother to Kyle Dunamis.
His frivolous manner gives people the impression that he is irresponsible, but he is in fact resourceful and has a very strong sense of justice. He acts as a voice of reason to Kyle, keeping Kyle's overeagerness in check. During the story, he develops a romantic interest in Nanaly Fletch, which is accepted, but unfortunately abrupted towards the end of the game.
In battle, Loni uses his great strength to deal large amounts of physical damage. Since he prefers to fight with polearms, his attacks are relatively slow.
