The Holy Woman of the Order of Atamoni, she is worshiped as a living manifestation of the goddess Fortuna. She has the same Lens-based power as Reala, and she takes great joy in granting happiness to people by using that power. Thus, people flock to her with offerings to receive her blessings.
She wishes to create a wold where people worship one God only and everyone is "happy". She wants to change the outcome of the Aeth'er Wars in order to use the Dycroft to give the power of Lens to everyone (using it as a sort of "distribution" system). For this reason, she sees herself as an extension of the goddess Fortuna, and her only responsibility is to aid in the ascendancy of Fortuna, and to assist Barbatos Goetia. Thus, she is the main antagonist Kyle Dunamis and his group are fighting against, since they wish to kill the Goddess and liberate the human race from Fortuna's influence and control.
In battle, Elraine is capable of using high-level offense magic, although her physical skills are mainly defensive.
