This is Leon's Swordian. The personality written inside the weapon is that of Major Pierre de Chaltier, 2nd E'rther Army squadron leader from the A'ether Wars.
Leon is reluctant to reveal how he met Chaltier, but the two are apparently very close. Chaltier is very rank-conscious, restrained, and unwaveringly loyal, even when he disagrees with his orders.
He specializes in earth-based spells, but can also cause some status effects to inflict the enemy. Like Dymlos, he excels in short-range slashing attacks.
