This was originally Karell Berselius's Swordian. The personality written inside the weapon is that of Karell's twin brother --- in the timeline of the original game, however, it contained the soul of Miktran, the final boss of the game.
The sword has a black blade, and its spell-casting capability surpasses even Clemente's.
