This is Rutee's Swordian. The personality written inside the weapon is that of Colonel Atwight Eks, of the Medical Corps from the A'ether Wars.
Atwight was given to Rutee at a very early age. She is unable to remember exactly when she received the Swordian. For all intents and purposes, Atwight raised Rutee, and acts as a calming influence when around Dymlos Timbre.
She is the only healing-oriented Swordian, as well having a good balance of water-elemental attacking spells and a boost to the user's short-range attack power (with an emphasis on stabbing the opponent).
