It allowed you to create your own Eternia-style character and fight monsters in a Eternia-style fashion (with a 2D-based LMBS), as well as chat with other players (using the emotion "bubbles" that are a series staple in most of the games in the series, such as the //// emotion).

After being online for almost a full year, Namco-Bandai announced that the would be taking the servers offline on March 31st, 2007. Anyone could join the game and play for free during this last month. On March 31st, the servers and the website for the game were taken offline.
