I'm not a fan of Yu-Gi-Oh, but that is still pretty good. Although it would be better if the characters in the banner weren't just cut out pics. Once you get better with photoshop (you mentioned you are still learning), maybe go over the characters' lines a bit and make them your own drawings a bit. There is nothing wrong with cut out pictures, especially if done right, and in this case it works quite well.
A Note: This may seem as though I'm putting you down, but I asure you, that is not my intent. I am mearly pointing out how you can improve it slightly.
Overall, quite good...love the flames.
Another Note: I am aware that my avatar and sig are just cut out pics too, but I have a very good reason for that...

Hey, pretty good! I like it a lot. The placement is done well and I like the color scheme. Did you make those flames yourself?
Though one comment...I probably would have done something a little different with....ummm...what's that card's name...something elf...the blue one. lolz Sorry, I forgot everything that is Yugioh. But to give my graphics a little variety, if there's more than one character, and it's favorable, I try to give them different treatments that compliment each other. I do like the banner a lot. I'm just suggesting.
But that's a great start! I think you'll get the hang of photoshop really quickly. And if you need help, please feel free to ask.

They go well together:)...ecxept that the blue one stands out more than anything else, which could be good or bad, depending on what you want it to do.

I second that. Not overly complicated, but not too simple where it looks mediocre.
