At the end of one battle in which my party consisted of Luke, Guy, Anise, and Jade, the post battle dialogue was as follows...

Luke: Our weapons are status.
Jade: Scheming.
Anise: Playing dirty.
Guy: That's awful.

If you've played Symphonia, you know this is a parody of when (I believe) Lloyd, Kratos, Genis, and Colette say "Our weapons are justice, love, and hope."

Heh. I about laughed my butt off when I heard the parody in Abyss. I'm starting to like this game more than Symphonia.

That is quite similar...

Genis: Our weapons are love!
Colette: Justice! And...
Kratos: -sigh- Hope...

I'm sure maybe the translators were thinking about that when they were making that one up. Half the fun in battles nowadays are the end battle quotes. :P
